Fri, 05/22/2009 - 10:13 — Tina DavisThe Action Teams completed the final component of the planning discipline. They successfully developed each plan from an operational point of view. The format included a specific reference to the strategy, a statement of the result of the action plan itself, a detailed description of each step required to accomplish the plan, an indication of assignments and responsibilities, a time line for the plan and an accompanying cost-benefit analysis.
